A small online service with one rule: say what’s true
IPTV Brampton sells IPTV subscriptions to households in Brampton and across Canada, entirely online. This page explains how we work.
How we work
Everything happens over WhatsApp: questions before you buy, ordering, setup help and support afterwards. It means you talk to people who can see the whole history of your setup, and you can send a photo of your screen instead of describing an error over the phone.
We are online-only. We don’t have a Brampton storefront, an office you can visit or technicians who come to your home, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Brampton is our focus because that’s where our customers started, not because we have a building there.
What we promise
- Prices on the website, in Canadian dollars, for the full term.
- The line-up for your plan confirmed in writing before you pay.
- An honest answer if your device isn’t a good fit.
- Guides that tell you how to fix common problems yourself.
What we don’t do
- Advertise channel counts or uptime figures we can’t back up.
- Publish testimonials or ratings we can’t verify.
- Sell “fully loaded” boxes or ask you to install apps from unknown sources.
Our guides
The articles on our blog are written by the IPTV Brampton Editorial Team. Guides written by the team that handles setup and support for IPTV Brampton customers. We write about what we see in real installs: devices, apps, home internet and troubleshooting. When a guide is revised, the date at the top changes; otherwise it shows the original publication date.
Tell us your device. We’ll tell you the plan.
Send a WhatsApp message with the TV or streaming stick you use and how many screens you need. We reply with the plan that fits and the setup steps for your device.
