Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the service, plans, devices and support. If yours isn’t here, ask on WhatsApp.

The service

Do you have a store or office in Brampton?

No. IPTV Brampton is an online-only service. There is no storefront, walk-in office or technician visit. Ordering, activation and support all happen over WhatsApp, which is how we serve customers in Brampton and the rest of Canada.

What is IPTV, in plain terms?

IPTV means TV delivered over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. You watch it through an app on a smart TV, streaming stick, box, phone or computer. There is no dish and no cable box to rent.

Which channels are included?

The line-up for each plan is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you order, so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not publish channel counts or brand names we cannot stand behind. See how we share the line-up.

Is IPTV legal in Canada?

The technology is legal. What matters is whether the content is licensed by its rights holders. Read our plain-English guide to IPTV and Canadian law, and ask any provider — including us — about licensing before you buy.

Plans and payment

How much does it cost?

Plans start at C$62.99. Current plans: Bronze (C$62.99, 12 months), Gold (C$78.99, 15 months), Platinum (C$94.99, 15 months), Exclusive (C$133.99, 24 months). All prices are in Canadian dollars for the full term. Compare plans.

What is a “connection”?

One connection lets one device stream at a time. If two people want to watch on two TVs at the same moment, you need two connections. You can pick the number of connections on each plan card; extra connections are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

How do I order?

Tap a plan’s WhatsApp button. The message is pre-filled with the plan name. Tell us your device and how many screens you need, and we confirm the details, payment method and activation steps in the chat.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled under our refund policy. Read it before you order, and ask on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.

Devices and setup

Which devices work?

Fire TV devices running Fire OS, Google TV and Android TV, Apple TV, many Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and computers. Roku is limited. See the device guide for each platform.

How long does setup take?

Usually the time it takes to install a player app and type in your login details. Our setup guides walk through each device, and we can help step by step on WhatsApp.

What internet speed do I need?

As a rough guide, about 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K, with headroom for everything else on your network. A wired connection helps more than a faster plan in many homes. Details in our internet speed guide.

Why does my stream buffer?

Most buffering comes from Wi-Fi signal, a busy home network or the device itself, not the plan. Start with our buffering checklist, then message support with your device and what you see.

Support

How do I reach support?

On WhatsApp at +44 7412 836986. It’s an international number; messaging over WhatsApp uses your data or Wi-Fi, not long-distance minutes.

What should I include when I ask for help?

Your device model, the app you use, what you see on screen (a photo of the error helps), and whether it affects one channel or all of them. That usually lets us answer in one message.

Didn’t find your answer?

Ask us directly. Include your device and what you want to watch, and we’ll answer in one message.
