Terms of Service | IPTV Brampton

These terms apply to this website and to any subscription you buy from IPTV Brampton. By ordering, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The service

IPTV Brampton provides an online IPTV subscription delivered over your internet connection and watched through a compatible player app. We are an online-only business; there is no storefront or in-home installation. The line-up included with your plan is confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.

2. Plans, terms and connections

Plans are prepaid for a fixed term shown on the plans page. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Each connection allows one device to stream at a time. Using more simultaneous streams than you have purchased may interrupt playback.
A plan starts when it is activated and ends at the end of its term. Renewal is arranged by you; nothing renews automatically from this website.

3. Your responsibilities

You need your own compatible device and a suitable internet connection. Streaming quality depends on both.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for use of your account.
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Third-party apps and devices

Player apps, app stores and devices are made by other companies. We don’t control their availability, pricing or updates, and changes they make may affect how the service works on a particular device.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network conditions, your internet provider or events outside our control can affect streaming.

6. Changes and suspension

We may change plans or prices for future purchases; your current paid term is not affected. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
